On 15 in present position, what’s ob? Is right of the ditch OB and only the grass between the ditch and walking path in bounds?

Thanks Tyler! I am assuming it is just the one that says Heritage regular 18 holes?
If someone drops you get promoted up automatically. If you show up and nobody drops then there is nothing we can do. If someone don’t show then you can sneak in. But that’s your call.
