FRIDAY
Noon To 6pm
There we will $20 a team doubles at Herman Hill Check in for players in town and that have arrived early may pick there player packs up as well.
Saturday
A Pool will start at Oak Park. Will most likely consist of the Open and intermediate Divisions.
B Pool will start at Herman Hill. Will must likely consist of the Advanced, Recreational, and Junior Divisions
Check In will be at each course for the respective divisions.
9:30AM players meeting.
10AM play will start and the day will roll as needed. After the 1st round, there will be a 1 hour lunch and then 2nd round will begin. Check with Course TD for details.
6:30PM to 9PM Late check in will be going at the Rusty Nail for players still needing to get there players packs.
Sunday
9AM play will start for 3rd round, there will be a 1 hour lunch and then 4th will begin. Check with Course TD for details.
Awards will follow shortly after 4th Round is over.
Open players will receive cash payouts
Amateur players will receive merchdise payout at the vendor village. If a player receives payout they will need to cash out Sunday after the 4th round when the award ceremony is over.

Refund policy
ACDGC is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. There will be no refunds once within 24 hours of official start time. Player needing a refund at that point will be eligible for a player pack only.
