The 2nd annual Emporia Ladies Open is a ladies-only event in Emporia, KS! The event is a two-day tournament. Two rounds of 18 holes will be played at Peter Pan Park, one round on Saturday, October 3rd, and one round on Sunday, October 4th. For 2020, we are putting the pins in the SHORT setting for ample birdie opportunities! Tee times will start at 8 AM and players will tee off every 10 minutes. Tournament to be capped at 124 players. Player Packs for all divisions. Optional Ace Pot for $5. If there is no ace during the tournament, we will have a throw off before awards. CTP prizes will be awarded this year, too!
CHECK-IN
Early check-in is from 10 AM to 5 PM on Friday, October 2nd. Late check-in is the day of the event (Saturday, October 3rd). Please check-in an hour before your tee time. Let us know if you have any questions about this!
CADDY PACKS
Caddy packs are available for purchase and will include a special design caddy shirt as well as bonus items for $25. We will not be providing caddies, but we can help yours look awesome while supporting the event.
EXTRAS
On Friday, October 2nd we hope you will join us for BYOP Mixed Doubles. It will be a great time to practice the course! If you can't join us for doubles, check out the local Artwalk Downtown or visit the Bourbon Cowboy for Karaoke.
This event is part of and the finale of the Heartland Women's Series.

Refund policy
If you need to cancel for any event, it must be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under seven days from the tournament date will be refunded in merchandise equal to the entry fee minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the day of the tournament, you will not receive a refund.
