MONKEY ISLAND OPEN CANCELED
Monkey Island Open participants,
Making these announcements is no fun at all, and it seems they have to keep being made. The White House has now suggested that we should limit the number of folks together at an event to less than 10! We had plans in place to keep our gathering of folks in one area to be well under the number 50, as instituted earlier today. While it is initially just a suggestion from the White House, we do not feel comfortable being able to guarantee that we can have less than 10 players together in one location at any given time during the weekend, and like most suggestions we have heard lately, they quickly become policy.
With this new info, we are canceling both the Saturday and Sunday events. We will be processing refunds tomorrow morning. All registrants and those on the waitlist will receive a full refund.
We do encourage everyone to still get out and enjoy some disc golf this weekend in small groups. It turns out that being outside may be one of the safer places to be!

Refund policy
If you need to cancel for any event, it must be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under seven days from the tournament date will be refunded in merchandise equal to the entry fee minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the day of the tournament, you will only receive the standard players' package for that event.
