About this tournament

This event is intended to be a fun gathering for Northern Illinois clubs to come out of hibernation and reconnect with friends.
This is a limited invite event --You must be a member of one of the clubs and on the club captain’s roster.

Format
Sanctioned XC event. Two rounds of 18 holes. The results from a club's top four players in each division will contribute to the scoring with the scoring biased towards the higher divisions. Scoring is based on finishing position in each round.
Pool A (945+): Blue / Silver
Pool B (<945): Silver / Blue
Pool C (<920): White / Red
Pool D (<885): Red / White
COVID precautions
There will be no onsite player meeting or organized group photos.
We are going to do online checkin. Scoring will be done using the PDGA Digital Scorecard.
There is no reason to come into the Pro shop unless you are shopping.

Gate Fee
We have negotiated a discount gate fee with the county parks for this event. If players arrive between 7am and 9am, then the per-car gate fee is reduced from $8 down to $3. This will be collected by the gate keeper.
Online checkin
The event itself is not collecting any fees at the course. We will send players a google form that they can use to checkin when the arrive. No need to checkin at the Pro shop.
Large groups
There will be no group photos or players meeting this year. We will use a shotgun start. First round will tee off at 9am.
Pro Shop
The pro shop will be open, but numbers allowed inside at one time will be limited and masks are going to be required in the pro shop. We need to protect the health and safety of our hosts. Lunch pickup will be outside.
Trash
We need to help keep the park clean and not impose a burden or potential risks for our hosts. Please help make sure players keep it looking clean.
