On behalf of the Limona Disc Golf Club, welcome to the Billy Goat Bash Pre-Party! We are looking forward to Saturday's event, so let's have some fun and be safe. Here is all the info you'll need for tournament day. There will not be a players meeting on Saturday, so please watch this virtual players meeting:

Hopefully you just watched the video, but in case you didn't, here are some important points to highlight:

1. Please maintain social distancing of 6 ft at all times

2. Tee times and starting holes assignments are posted here: https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/47654

3. Do not arrive more than 30 minutes before your scheduled tee time

4. Check in at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tee time or call/text me at 813-843-0323 if you will be late for check in but on time for the tournament (we have an active waitlist and you will be bumped)

5. Please restrict your practice/warm up to your starting hole of the tournament

6. Please visit pdga.com/score to access the PDGA Digital Scorecard, the access code is: bash

7. You will be playing the standard layout of 1 through 18 plus 9A and 18A (so hole 19 will not be played during the tournament), Mando and OB rules are posted in the Pictures section of this page

8. Everyone will play the same layout except Juniors, Novice Men, and Novice Women- these divisions will not play hole 13, instead they will play hole 4 twice

9. Do NOT remove any CTP flags after your round, the TD will collect them AFTER the 1 pm round has finished

10. Some of the CTPs will be division-specific, so please pay attention before putting your name on one, and basket 7/16 will be LONGEST PUTT not a CTP

11. Please review the mando and ob rules in the attachment (we did not do painted OB lines on 7/8/9 like we did last year)

12. We ask that you leave promptly following your round if you are in the morning group, and don't forget your FREE ICE CREAM on the way out!

13. We will have a team of club members wading in the pond after the second round, so please ink your plastic so we can return it to you!

Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event.

DISCGOLFSCENE.COM RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

In consideration of the services of DISCGOLFSCENE.COM (herein referred to as DISCGOLFSCENE), their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf, I hereby agree to release and discharge DISCGOLFSCENE, on behalf of myself, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate as follows:

I acknowledge that the activities involved in the participation in any of DISCGOLFSCENE services or promoted third party events, at any given location, entail significant risks, both known and unknown, which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. Such risks include, but are not limited to, damages for negligence, personal injury and/or loss, theft, identity theft, or destruction of personal property.

I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in these activities, both known and unknown, whether caused or alleged to be caused by the negligent acts or omissions of DISCGOLFSCENE. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of the risks.

I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless DISCGOLFSCENE from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity or events promoted by DISCGOLFSCENE, including any such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of DISCGOLFSCENE.

Should DISCGOLFSCENE or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur attorney's fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs.

I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I have no medical or physical conditions that could interfere with my safety in this activity, or else I am willing to assume -- and bear the costs of -- all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition.

I agree to the validity and enforceability of this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk without regard to any conflict of with applicable State law.

I agree to waive any claims of damages or refund against DISCGOLFSCENE for the failure of a third party event to fulfill their obligations, claims, and/or failure to meet the expectations of the event. Any and all refunds must be sought directly from the third party event and/or its organizers and will not be honored by DISCGOLFSCENE.

I agree to abide by the rules of the event and the terms and conditions of DISCGOLFSCENE.COM.

By checking the box below, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation a third party event, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against DISCGOLFSCENE.COM on the basis of any claim from which I have released them herein. I acknowledge that any refunds from canceled events must be sought directly from the third party event and/or its organizers and not DISCGOLFSCENE.COM.
