About this tournament

IMPORTANT CHANGES:
Based on guidance form the PDGA, the Battle Under the Midnight Sun C-Tier is changing from Shotgun Start to a Flex Start C-Tier. Players can tee off at any time between 6PM and 10PM on Friday night.
We will be using the PDGA digital scoring platform for scoring during the round in lieu of paper scorecards. At least one player from each group will need to use their smart phone to take score. For detailed information on how the PDGA digital scorecard works, please click here: https://www.pdga.com/help/tournament-management/official-hole-scoring
The ACCESS CODE for the event scoring is LAKE. It is not case sensitive. To start your round with digital scoring you will need to go to the following link: www.pdga.com/score.
· You will be prompted to enter the Access Code and press the Submit button.
· Search for your name. You can search by typing in part of your name or PDGA Number. Once your name appears, you select it and confirm. This person is now the “scorekeeper”.
· You will be prompted to select the round for which you are currently playing.
· The scoring screen will load with your name. The default starting hole is hole 1, so be sure to choose the correct starting hole if for some reason hole 1 is not where the group is starting (e.g. shotgun start).
· Scores for each player will be automatically defaulted to whatever the par is for the hole that is being scored. The player can use the plus or minus buttons to add or remove strokes. When all players have the correct scores, clicking Save & Continue will upload the scores and the page will automatically reload on the hole that follows.
· The teeing order is indicated by a number presented to the left of each player's name.
Please make sure you review the link provided to familiarize yourself with the PDGA digital scorecard. As a competitor you are responsible for knowing the competition rules of disc golf for a better player experience. Players are encouraged to ask any and all questions before the player meeting to better prepare. We know there will always be questions. When you arrive for the event, you will be checking in quickly at the tent near hole 1. We will have a player pack disc for all competitors (Am & Pro) when you check-in.
Payout & Trophies
We will be issuing store credit at dynamicdiscs.com for our amateur payout and will be sending pro payout to those who cash via PayPal. We will be verifying email addresses on site at the check-in tent.
We will do our best to distribute trophies to top performers on Saturday morning at the Meier Lake Classic. If you leave prior to getting a trophy, we will make sure it either gets shipped to you, or given to someone who knows you.Play in a sanctioned event at midnight!

Refund policy
If you need to cancel for any event, it must be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under seven days from the tournament date will be refunded in merchandise equal to the entry fee minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the day of the tournament, you will only receive the standard players' package for that event.
