Please note that refunds will be issued automatically through Disc Golf Scene IF you cancel BEFORE the close of open registration (May 19th, 8:00 PM). This is a prepay event, so after the cutoff date a player pack will be ordered for you and will be available for pick up at a later time if you are unable to make it to the event. We will do our best to sell your pack the day of the event (if you'd like) if you contact us before the day of the Trilogy Challenge (otherwise, the pack will be available for pick up anytime after, just contact Ruben).
