2019 ADGA MID-WINTER OPEN
Duel PDGA C-TIER & SOUTHERN NATIONALS SANCTIONED
PRO / AM DISC GOLF TOURNAMENT

Tournament Central will be located at
Somewhere Else Lounge's back porch
Next to hole #17's tee-box at Heymann park. Registration/Sign in will open up
at 7:00am.
Players meeting will be held at 8:15am.
Followed by First round 9:00am sharp tee-off.
One hour lunch break after the last card is turned in from the first round.
Second round following lunch break.
Followed by a short break after the second round to tally up scores, and then hold the award ceremony.
Players party immediately following awards ceremony at the Somewhere Else Lounge.
Should the tournament player count go above acceptable players per hole we will make two separate player pools and include P.A.Davis parks 18 course.
Player dues:
All Pro divisions-$45
Advanced divisions-$35
All Am divisions-$25
Novice & Jr. divisions-$15

Attention local Lafayette/Louisiana business owners.
The Official Acadiana Disc Golf Association is looking for sponsors. We are a Nonprofit Organization, so any and all sponsorships will go directly to the players/courses for this event.
We are looking for the following.
Event Title Sponsor- $500
Scorecard Sponsor- $75.00
Front 9 hole Sponsor- $50.00
Back 9 hole Sponsor- $50.00
Individual hole Sponsor- $25.00
All sponsorships will receive signage on display at the course during event, as well as recognition on all social media sites regarding the event. We will use logo images for your businesses on the signs and media post.
