Why: To showcase the best players from the entire state of Indiana and pit them against each other and a challenging course of play.
Who: All players. The 2018 Indiana State Championships will serve as the Indiana Summer Series Finale, so it will not be invite only this year in order to not exclude players from available points. However, this will be the first event where one can qualify for next year's Indiana State Championships, which WILL be invite only.
What/Where/When: This event will be 3 total rounds played across 2 days. Every division will play 1 round at both Deer Run and BC3 on Saturday, with both rounds being shotgun starts. All divisions will play tee times at BC3 on Sunday, starting with MA3 at 8am and ending with MPO.
MA2, MA3, MA50, MA60, Am Ladies and Juniors will play short tees all weekend. All other divisions will play long tees.
Day of registration will be accepted for an additional $10 fee.
Every player will receive a tournament drifit shirt, lunch off the grill between rounds Saturday, and pulled pork nachos for dinner Saturday night. There will be a flymart Saturday night open to all those who sponsor a hole or were a club who hosted a summer series event.
