I want to sign up for mj1 doubles but I don't see the edit registration link in my confirmation email. Is it too late to change it?

Pete Crist   June 19, 2017 at 2:15pm

Hello Quinn, we've re-sent the confirmation email with the link.

Quinn Berkovatz   June 19, 2017 at 3:16pm

Thank you

This is totally off the wall, but does anyone out there know how to find 2016 PDGA Am Worlds waitlist?? I remember getting very close to (but not) in for Madison, but racking my brain to remember if I was #1 or #2 on the list. I've tried googling and looking for archives but just haven't had any luck.

Under the Registered Players section go to the very top and there's a small link for the WaitList.

Pete Crist   June 15, 2017 at 1:43pm

When players are refunded, they are removed from the waitlist, so the 2016 waitlist no longer exists.

Kyle Edwards    June 15, 2017 at 3:05am

What day are you required to be signed in? I need to take off time for work.

Josh Doebel   June 15, 2017 at 10:06pm

Go to amworlds website and it says under the course schedule pdf when that is.

Roger Vartabedian    June 13, 2017 at 3:54pm

Last year, there were droves of people on the waitlist. This year, the tournament isn't even filled. How does this happen?

a lot of divisions had harder to meet point totals to gain entry this year, this may explain part of it.

MARK KRUSE   June 13, 2017 at 11:22pm

every year worlds is in a different city run by a different group each year so the positives and negatives change from year to year: trophy only, light player packs, etc...do not help...but it is still worlds! i was waitlisted last year, thrille to get in this year...usually the "experience" is worth it and the effort by the local group is greatly appreciated by most of us!

Roger Vartabedian   June 13, 2017 at 11:35pm

Played last year, loved it. Great experience and great people. Looking forward to this year

I may not be able to arrive as early as I originally planned. Is it posible to receive a refund on just the mixed doubles & field events?

Vic Allen   June 13, 2017 at 12:57pm

Please email [email redacted] to receive a refund for mixed doubles and field events. Please be sure to include that you do not want to be completely removed from the event.

Stone Wahl    June 9, 2017 at 1:11am

I would like to sign up for the putting competition. How can I add that to my registration?

Pete Crist   June 9, 2017 at 10:17am

Follow the link in your registration confirmation email that reads "Modify registration for D. S. (Stone) Wahl ›".

Jon Jimenez    June 8, 2017 at 2:30pm

If the number of entries in Advanced or Masters does not get met, will additional spots be added to GM or SGM divisions?

No so I wait till the 16th huh?

Eric Nichols   June 5, 2017 at 10:50pm

Yep

Rodney Barnett    June 4, 2017 at 7:45pm

Does anyone know what percentage, or fraction, of players typically make it to the semis and/ or the finals? There are 76 players in my division ( MM1). I really don't even expect to be there but it is just a curiosity I have.

Roy Lyons   June 4, 2017 at 4:54pm

Last year 26 or 72 made it to the semis and 4 to the final 9

Rodney Barnett   June 7, 2017 at 11:46pm

Thank you Roy. I appreciate the response.

Dr Coach Green    June 1, 2017 at 1:33am

If some of the divisions don't fill up, will others without the required points be allowed to register?

Mike Roush   May 31, 2017 at 10:32pm

Yes

Chris Dierkens    May 30, 2017 at 11:27pm

I hate to do this but I've officially withdrawn from this tournament. I just don't have the time to dedicate to it this year. With some hope and prayers I'm going to attempt to gather enough points to qualify for next years event. Have fun, be safe, and help each other out when/if you can.

Can somebody lead me in the right direction to register for MJ1 doubles even though I previously registered without including doubles in the initial registration?

Does this go for everyone? I need to sign up for doubles and have yet to get any answers about it

Carter Ahrens    May 18, 2017 at 7:46pm

Just wondering how the tee's will be set up for the Junior Divisions. Will courses have red, white and blue tees? What divisions will play each? Thank you for your help.

A Ray    May 17, 2017 at 12:52am

How do you request a refund and withdrawal? Looks like I'm gonna have to have surgery before Worlds instead of after.

You should be able to contact the TD to get that ball rolling. Here's the link from the PDGA site: http://www.pdga.com/general-contact?pdganum=20460

Kolte Breck   May 17, 2017 at 1:25pm

Whoever is in charge of this tournament page can resend the email too.... I have no idea who that is though haha.

Andrew Sweeton   May 18, 2017 at 11:34am

A. Ray - best wishes for a quick recovery! The cancel/withdraw link is easiest for me as it automates the process somewhat, but absent that link, someone can just send me an email at the official address of [email redacted] and I'll take care of it.
