Each AMATEUR player will receive a raffle ticket at the time of their registration. We will draw 35 lucky tickets, and they could have a chance to win a 2-YEAR LEASE on a new vehicle from Cueter Chrysler!! There are rules and regulations that will be explained at the player's meeting, but the throws start at 3pm on Sunday! Come out to see the excitement!!

Player Pack Deduction of $50(2 le disc, hat and polo) + $8 pay 2 play fees + $4 pdga fee ($62.00)**
Payout Per Player after Deduction and 150% payout
Pool B: $50/player (Total Payout if Pool is filled $4800)
Pool C: $27/player (Total Payout if Pool is filled $2592)
Pool D: $8/player (higher payout percentage Total Payout if Pool is filled $768)

$10 Ace Pool, if not hit 80/20 split 20% to course improvement fund and 80% will be shot off for after the Final round. You will only be competing for an ACE/CTP IN YOUR POOL

Just so everyone is aware, this is the PDGA procedure for withdrawals that will be enforced:
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at 14 or less days from the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a 10% handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walkup entry (if offered.) If the playerâ€™s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the playerâ€™s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus up to 10% of the player pack value to cover handling and shipping.) In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event and donâ€™t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or players pack.
