    9:30am - 9:45am

    Players' Meeting/Proceed to assigned tees.

    10:00am - 11:00am

    First round (18 holes). Tally and check scores within assigned tee group as you play.

    11:00am - 11:15am

    Tally and check 1st Round score cards within assigned tee group. Brief instructions for 2nd Round. Proceed to assigned tees.

    11:30am - 12:30pm

    Second round (18 holes). Tally and check scores within assigned tee group as you play.

    12:30pm - 1:00pm

    Time flexible. Lunch and adult beverages provided. Final tally scores.

    1:00pm - 3:00pm

    Awards ceremony; adult beverages

Sponsored by Discraft and HEAVY SEAS BEER! Lunch will be provided, as well
Two rounds of 18 holes; one throw per hole; special, super-short tees (~100'-200'). Points for aces/chains/metal hits. Prizes provided by Discraft. $30 entry fee gets you a player pack (see below). Entry fee also benefits the Druid Hill Fund. Pre-reg recommended. However, day-of sign-ups will be accepted until we meet the cap of 32 players.

Here is is! The 2016 Ace Race player pack includes:

Refund policy

Baltimore Disc Golf, Inc. is responsible for all refunds/cancelations.
Withdrawals and Refunds
A. Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
B. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event after July 22, 2016 will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a 10% handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through a walkup/waitlist entry (if offered.) If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus up to 10% of the player pack value to cover handling and shipping.)
C. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event, as specified above, and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or players pack.
