You can bring tents if you'd like. Whomever decides to stay the night can set up camp in the front lawn in the evening.
We have a bathroom and sink in the barn for the guys and a bathroom and sink inside house for the girls. We have plenty of room inside barn and garage for everyone if it rains.
We'll have some room in the fridges for beverages and food that needs it. I have a couple full propane tanks for the grill if you guys want to bring anything to cook up or microwave ...

I wasn't able to order extra players packs for the MVP Circuit but have a few options for those who still want to play JULY 4th or JULY 5th...
1. Play our Circuit July 4th with a donation. You can use your own discs for the mini tourney in the morning but would prefer you use MVP discs for the Ace Race/Birdie Bash and Circuit Challenge Games after lunch. To be fair to those who registered before the deadline, only they will be eligible for the MVP prizes. I will have some prizes availabl ...

Hey Donny. A couple quick questions. You have a grill available for use? It sounded that way, but want to make sure before leaving old trusty, rusty camp grill home.
I am guessing the MVP Circut is an abbreviated course, altered for the purpose of this shindig. If so, any chance to play the full on "executing the dream" version? Or am I mistaken as to the MVP Circut format?
All set. Look forward to spending the Fourth with you and your crew. You need anything? Glow sticks for night round? Bagels, donuts or coffee for the morning round? I would be glad to grab anything you can think of and likely don't have time to get.
glo sticks sound cool if you already have them. I have lights for discs somewhere :)

If you have a player pack left for me, I'll drive over and up from northeast Ohio! Let me know!

I can squeeze you in if you let me know ASAP! I'll give up my pack and my youngest son's pack. >>>>>>>>>>>> There is also these options for others wondering if they can still play>>>>>>>>>(repost)I wasn't able to order extra players packs for the MVP Circuit but have a few options for those who still want to play JULY 4th or JULY 5th... 1. To be fair to those who registered before the deadline, only they will be eligible for the MVP prizes. I will have some prizes available to win for everyone else but I cannot award them the Circuit Winners Discs. They will be Discraft, Innova and other prizes. 2. Play our CFR event "The Hangover" on July 5th. I will already have the course set up in the Ace Race/Birdie Bash layout from July 4th's Circuit. This will give everyone who was on vacation (or other obligations) and could not make it on July 4th a chance to play our course. I'm starting this course fundraising series for our local courses. There will be more events at other courses this summer. Other dates are TBD. I'll post info on discgolfscene soon. 3. Play a Circuit at another course. It might be too late to register for some but I have contacted Circuit Director Ben Calhoun from the Ann Arbor area. He is having a Circuit Event at his private course (BRATS) on July 12th but he is almost out of players packs too so you gotta get a hold of him very soon. Find him (Ben Calhoun) on facebook or discgolfscene for more info. There is also a MVP Circuit going on in July up at Cass City. Contact Matt Butler at Disc King on FB and he'll get you signed up! Hope that all helps out. Let me know what you want to do and we'll get you discing somehow, somewhere, sometime soon. There is also a 3 Course Challenge in the Macomb/Oakland County area on JULY 5th and the Marlette Classic Doubles at the Marlette Golf Course on July 11th for those who cannot make the drive up to Mill Creek. Info on the scene. Thanks everyone! Hope to see a bunch of you out here supporting your local courses and signing up for the Ira Ace Race, Donny
You can count me in for the mini tourney
