A3 isn't running it this year, dynamic discs is from what i hear. Not sure on the date.

Fade straps have a one year warranty contact fade they exchange them at no cost... No worries

Reading these posts I can't help but think: there's feedback and then there's "feedback." It's hard to read such biting comments in a public forum. I enjoyed DGLO and was treated so well I didn't realize so many players weren't. I've been in tournaments that didn't have women's trophies because there weren't enough females registered to warrant them and that's a bummer on both counts. Reading these posts I can't help but think: there's feedback and then there's "feedback." It's hard to read such biting comments in a public forum. I enjoyed DGLO and was treated so well I didn't realize so many players weren't. I've been in tournaments that didn't have women's trophies because there weren't enough females registered to warrant them and that's a bummer on both counts. I've never run a tournament and can only imagine all the work it takes. Thank you to everyone who volunteered and helped. Your efforts are appreciated and if you can dust yourselves off and come back next year I'll be there too. I'm sorry for those of you who had such a bad time.

Whiteboard problems do need to be addressed, if you went to the airport and you plane had left without you and all you did was follow the schedule wouldn't you be pissed off..... I sure would......Keep it simple and stick to the plan.

Needing to vent: 2010 DGLO was sweet -> player pack sweet, round '2' round time good, over all weekend great. 2011 DGLO just didn't seem like an event for me. I considered the players pack, cost, time, lodging, etc. and it didn't seem worth it to me. I've read all the posts, and while being relieved that I chose correct not to play, I have personally talked to more than one person who did have a enjoyable time. While it seems like 2011 DGLO did have a few problems, unless everyone who is b*tch*ng has run an event, stop with the crying. $$$ Payout related: If A3 didn't meet the necessary requirements, by all means bring this up in a constructive manner, (PRO's if your cash was short => Handle your business) Am's got a players pack that was worth the cost of admission. $$$. I have seen the women's divisions receive trophies from other A3 events. I have played many other A3 events and had a great time. Everyone on D.G.S. can see all the available clubs, leagues, and events that are up coming, choose wisely and stick by your decision. Ranting at one person (TD, Club President) will not change or correct any event that happened, MAN UP. If you play any league, event, whatever realize not every person can be satisfied, and if you choose to pay and attend, and had a bad time, it doesn't seem entirely fair to blame those running the event for your personal experience.

I played in 2009, had a fantastic time, had to skip 2010, and already by 2011 i was surprised at how much it had grown. for everyone who didn't have a good time or think it was worth it: now you know, i guess, for next year. i'm sure your suggestions and recollections of a better time are appreciated, but the fact that it's t ... more

I played in 2009, had a fantastic time, had to skip 2010, and already by 2011 i was surprised at how much it had grown. for everyone who didn't have a good time or think it was worth it: now you know, i guess, for next year. i'm sure your suggestions and recollections of a better time are appreciated, but the fact that it's turned into a complete **** fit is just sad to the name of disc golf. just don't come next year, find something else to do, etc. flinging crap on an online blog wont really change what happened at DGLO. did anyone have fun? i did. i had a great time. and as long as i've been playing disc, i've been going to events run by A3 and specifically, William Gilbert, and i've never felt anything but appreciated. he's right; there just weren't enough gals here this year, but he never treats us like anything less than a force to be reckoned with. when i played in 2009, there were trophies. i don't know about last year, but the fact that there weren't any this year didn't stop me from having fun the entire time, playing as well as i could, and forming lasting friendships that transcend the scorecard. just have fun with it yall. and i'll be there next year. :)

Trophys cannot be made for divisions that don’t pre-register early enough or with enough people in them. These trophies are expensive to make and time consuming. We do not attempt to make money on the trophies just cover the cost for DGLO or any of our events.
There were only 1st place trophies for AM1, AM4, 1st and 2nd for AM2, AM3.

We at A3 (and I personally as well) support women at our events or any disc golf event, look at women’s payouts carefully!! Every Women got paid out, EVERY ONE!!! This was not done at the expense of any other division! The payouts were not lowered for the winners of any women division either. We were the first club in the state to run a women’s only tournament! Do not tell me we or I do not support women in disc golf.

The minimum % of payouts to a field is met by the player pack to 100% of the AM field.

We have no control on how this website works or control what it does. We cannot log the aces for the Green course sorry. We do not determine the hot rounds the site does.
Contact the sites help desk I guess.

DGLO was great, as always. I keep hoping to see more women at tournaments and that's something we hope to see in the future. Thanks to all of you who organized and coordinated and ran the event; it's not an easy job. Already I am looking forward to next year!

To those people who are in such a hurry to see the scores, please understand i work 2 full time jobs and had to catch up on some sleep. the PDGA website won't let me upload scores there either. i got home at 1130 sunday evening and had to be at work a 6AM.

i thought these types of things were supposed to be about having fun? from the majority of the messages that have been written it sounds like everyone had a **** time. i personally had a great time even though i shot mediocre. the only problem i had was with the lead pro card. i watched their last 3 holes and after raley missed his par putt on 18 i saw him shake the hands of the two guys he beat but not the guy who beat him. thats some bull**** sportsmanship. i at least had the courtisy to tell ... more
