According to https://www.albertafirebans.ca/ there is no fire ban.

Fires are good to go in campgrounds with firepits. Banned on crown land and random camping spots.

There is also a campground near the course called Hinton Municipal campground. It's $25 a night, no hookups but showers and bathrooms and firepits. No reservations taken, no website, just arrive and register for the site you want in a self registration envelope. There will be several disc golfers staying there.

For anyone looking to camp this weekend, the Hinton Municipal Campground is just 3 blocks from the course. It’s nothing fancy but there are trees and fire pits, showers and flush toilets (actually that’s pretty fancy haha). $25 per site, first come first serve self registration. There is lots of space so shouldn’t be any trouble finding a site. I’m registering 2 sites, most likely sites 6 and 7. Cheers!
