PLEASE LEAVE YOUR TEAM NAME THAT YOU BELONG TO IN THE "NOTE TO THE TD SECTION"
Make your own 5 person team following the guidelines.
$200 per team or $40 per person.
20 teams available until waitlist, or 100 players.
Player pack.
Pay outs to fifth place for General division and REC. division / trophies to third place per division.
General will play mixed tees.
REC. division will play all reds except 7/8/17.
The way this will play out:
• Your whole team will play a singles round with all the other players from other teams. This will be round one.
• Round two, you will choose four people to team up with each other from your team that you think would create the best doubles team. This will leave your 5th player playing CALI for the doubles round. So make sure to strategize.

2. WHEN REGISTERING PLEASE STATE IF YOU ARE THE TEAM CONTACT/CAPTAIN FOR YOUR TEAM.
3. YOU MUST ALSO STATE YOUR RATING IN THE NOTES SECTION SO YOUR TEAM CAN BE VERIFIED. ALL TEAMS MUST HAVE ALL FOUR MEMBERS REGISTERED AND VERIFIED BY AN EMAIL TO TEAM CAPTAIN BEFORE OFFICIALLY ENTERED.
4. ACE POT IS NOT INCLUDED IN REGISTERING, YOU MUST SELECT THIS OPTION. ONLY THOSE WHO REGISTER FOR THE ACE POT ARE ELIGABLE FOR ITS PAYOUT. IF THE ACE POT IS NOT TAKE IT WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE CTP PAY OUTS IN WHICH THERE WILL BE THREE.
5. THERE IS AN OPTION TO ADD CASH TO THE CTP POT IF YOU WOULD LIKE BUT CTP IS ELIGIBLE FOR EVERYONE WITHOUT ADDING CASH.
RULES of creating your team:
• MA1/MA2/MPO ratings cap is 4,500(you not surpass this limit, and may not be under it by more than 250 points)
• REC division ratings cap is 3,600
• Make a five person team that stays below your divisions rating cap by following the guidelines.
• MA1/MA2/MPO are considered same division according to the rules. You will register under GENERAL.
• REC. is a separate division. You will register under REC.
• MA1/MA2/MPO division you are only allowed to have one player with a rating over 970.
• MA1/MA2/MPO if one of your players does not have a rating then apply the default which is 970
• REC. division you may only have players on your team rated under 880
• If a REC. player has no rating then apply the default of 880.
• Please make your team up of like people to allow for fair play per division.
