If I sign up for the wait list for MPO, and there's not enough FPO players to fill, will the waitlists be able to take those spots?

That exactly, though with the usage of UDisc, we have to score it slightly different. For this we will score an ace as 1, a basket hit as 2, and no metal hit at all as 3.
