DIVISIONAL REQUIREMENTS
YOU MUST BE A PDGA MEMBER AND HAVE RENEWED YOUR PDGA FOR 2023 TO REGISTER FOR THIS TOURNAMENT!

Thank you to all of the players, staff, sponsors, and volunteers that have worked to make this event what it is today and for our future! We have two exciting weekends planned, and we hope to see you come out and join us!

For 2023, we are again expanding the event into two weekends. Our amateur players will play Jan 7-8, and our professional players will play Jan 14-15. Each weekend will play three rounds on 19 holes.

REGISTRATION SCHEDULE

- Nov 16 7:00pm EST: Early Registration Opens for Hole Sponsors (33% of the field)

- Nov 18 7:00pm EST: Registration Opens to Public

- Dec 12th 8:00pm EST: Divisional Caps Removed


Each amateur player will receive the following merchandise at check-in:

Upper Park Bag
Custom Rain jacket (Update, we will be switching to pullovers because the rain jackets were backorder, and we wanted to have them in time).
Custom coffee cup
Savannah Open Towel
Hand Warmer

Note: BIGGER PLAYERS PACK this year so payouts will be smaller than last year!


PRIZES

- Top finishers in each division will receive merchandise vouchers that can be redeemed through our on-site vendor Dynamic Discs Savannah

- Divisional winners will also receive a custom event trophy

- Traditional Ace Pot
(If an ace is not hit, there will be a ctp throw off on Hole 18 for players who bought in)

- Merchandise Raffle
(Please feel free to donate to raffles and ctps, we appreciate all of the donations!)

LUNCH
Lunch will have an option for Chi-Fil-A (Sandwich, Waffle Fries, Cookie, and Drinks will be available) .... There are also many food establishments around the course.

Payouts will be done through Dynamic Discs Savannah (On site).

PLAYER'S PARTY

Skip the line on Saturday and check-in early at the Player's Party at Green Fire Pizza Friday evening! Located only about 10 minutes from the course, Green Fire will have awesome food, great drinks, and a great atmosphere whether it's inside or outside in their bar patio! Come support our local sponsors and have a great time getting to know your fellow disc golfers!

HOTEL PARTNER

Fairfield Inn by Marriott has graciously decided to be our host for the weekend! Use the block name SAVANNAHOPEN to save on a hotel room for the weekend!

- All divisions must have at least three players

- Divisions without three players will be consolidated before the event

- MA4, MA3, MA2 will be limited to 20 players each until Monday December 12th at 9am

- Wait-lists will be cleared in first come, first serve order
-Registrants after November 21st may/may not have wait until after the tournament for the correct size rain jacket. We will order some extra, but just to be transparent due to ordering times.


2 Players will be allowed to run live scoring cards using the PDGA Live app/Live Scoring, or you can have a paper scorecard. Udisc can also be used as a backup.

Online payment for extras is preferred. Cash prizes will be made electronically.

Refunds and cancellations will be handled by the Savannah Disc Golf Association per Competition Manual for Disc Golf Events section 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds
