JOXV Announcement 7/23/2020 – Pro Weekend Info
The 2020 Jacksonville Open Tournament Committee would like to thank you for your patience as we all go through an unprecedented time. At the onset of the pandemic and subsequent PDGA play stoppage, we made the decision to pick a date far enough in the future that would give us a chance to keep the 15th annual iteration alive. As our country has gained further understanding on how to safely continue with a somewhat normal life, we have been given approval to hold our events within a different landscape than what we were used to. In accordance with local, state and PDGA guidelines, we will be making a few major changes to how we will run JOXV. Please keep in mind, these changes will allow us to proceed with the event, keeping the players and staff's safety as our top priority. We will be making every effort to ensure a contact free experience with a strong adherence to social distancing guidelines.
Summary of changes: JOXV PRO Weekend 9/18-20/2020
1. Round 3 (Sunday @ Fore Palms DGC) will be moved to tee times (previously
shotgun start).
2. Awards / Trophies will be by division as that division completes play on Sunday.
Payout will be via PayPal, Venmo or GPay.
3. Ace Fund payout will be via PayPal, Venmo or GPay.
4. PDGA Digital Scoring will be used for all rounds.
We will reopen registration for Pro Weekend on Tuesday July 28th at 8pm.

Minimum $3000 added to Purse!
Total field limited to 96 spots
