About this tournament

It is that time of the year again.
This will not be your conventional tournament.
PREREGISTER ONLY
We have devised a no contact no large groups event.
Please follow ALL state and local mandates for COVID-19.
Registration IS checking in.

Format is one round of 22 holes, 1 through 18 plus letter holes A, G, H, and I, singles play from middle (white) tee pads. Once you start your round you must finish it and turn in your scorecard. Any unfinished rounds will DNF.
Choose your own group.
Group size is minimum 3 players, maximum of 6 players.
You play one round anytime during the 8 days allowed.
Only out of bounds is river, pond or swamp.
If your disc is surrounded by water it is OB. Take a stroke and throw from where is went OB, group consensus.
Flex style start over the course of 8 days starting Saturday December 12th ending Saturday December 19th. You pick your day then you will need to register your group and start time with TD before start. You MUST use the same name on you scorecard as you registered, NO nicknames. Scorecards will need to be sent to the TD at the end of your round. Any scorecard sent next day will void all players scores.
You can use any disc golf scoring app to record scores then screen shot totals and send to TD via messenger, text or email. PLEASE do NOT post your scores anywhere, we would like to keep everything a surprise till the end.
This is a charity tournament. All proceeds from your $30 will go to the benefit of one or more unnamed person/family in need. We want to keep it a surprise. Open players pay an extra $20 for entry, these funds will go toward a cash payout for their division.
This is a trophy only event for all AM divisions.
Participants are competing for 1st, 2nd or 3rd place trophies.
Open players are competing for cash payout as well as trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
All entries will include 1 free raffle ticket with registration.
We will offer shipping for raffle items won, please make arrangements if needed.
Awards ceremony raffle will be live streamed to our Facebook event page.

The first 100 players will have the option of getting their disc before the round. All players in excess of 100 will need to wait for our second disc order to get delivered.
