I need to withdrawal /request a refund for myself Mary Newnam and Randy Melton from the tournament tomorrow, we both lower back issues we thought would be better by today. Sorry for the last minute, we didn't think we would still be hurting today.

There are two different start times on the main page. One says 10, but under the tournament information is says 9. I’m assuming it’s 9 (better to be safe than sorry) but some people might not have seen the earlier time or be confused. Just wanted to bring it to light.

Thank you for pointing that out. Check in by 8:30am, Player's meeting 8:45am, and the START TIME IS 9:00am

Hey Tim! Unfortunately Triston and I are going to have to pull out of No Quarter. Triston sprained his ankle pretty bad at school this week. And I’m strugfling with lower back issues and won’t be able to play.

Taken care of.... Thank you

Not going to be able to make it can you refund 107450 and 107865.
For some reason 107865 is not showing registered but was and paid for. I have not received a refund.

I just noticed the 72 hour refund policy. If we are not eligible for the full refund then we will stay in the tourney.

Tim Dempsey   May 31, 2018 at 12:44am

I have refunded both for you.

Thanks

Looks like i will be playing Am masters 40 + instead of 50 + since i am the only one registered.

I see the amateur pool had been expanded, as was expected (thank you Larry). How do I go about accessing my spot, since I'm number 5 on the waitlist? Regular registration? Will it compensate for the money paid to hold a spot? Thanks

Hello! Unfortunately Corey Lawrence is unable to play. Could you please remove him and issue a refund when you can. Thank you!

So when might we know if we get off the wait list? I see that it says all full for amateur but 12 spots available for pro. If all those spots aren't taken then they'll go to amateurs?

We will lift the Am players cap Tuesday night.

It saddens me to say that I have to back out from this year's event I can't deal with the steep inclines at new quarter Park and my bad ankle

Am I the only one that sees an issue with the ace pot being split 50/50 with the club if not hit? Would a player get 100% if hit during the round?

Tim Dempsey   May 9, 2018 at 12:44pm

Of course a player would get 100% if they hit an ace during either round and the Ace Pot is OPTIONAL.

Trophies will be provided to division winners. Only divisions populated prior to the preregistration deadline (typically 1 week before event date) will have eligible trophies available.
