The LoCo Ice Bowl is now a PDGA C-Tier and Competition Endowment Program Event!
On January 23rd 2021, Franklin Park in Purcellville VA will once again play host to the 10th annual LoCo Ice Bowl sponsored by LoCo Disc Golf Club.
This year's Ice Bowl is a tee time event due to COVID-19 restrictions. The 18-hole layout omits holes 5 and 6 due to construction and will add hole 13B (temp tee to 15 purple basket) and 18P (pavilion tee across pond to purple basket) to a challenging but accessible mixed layout appropriate for all skill levels.
Because Loudoun Hunger Relief is facing a 300% increase in families needing services, we need to maximize our charitable donations now, more than ever. That said, we will still be able to offer all AM players a modest player pack of a souvenir pin and a custom-stamped glow lid. Please be advised that, under CEP procedures (https://www.pdga.com/td/pdga-competition-endowment-program), we are donating $30 from each entry to Loudoun Hunger Relief. The remaining $10 is satisfied by True Amateur requirements for the AM divisions; PRO division payouts will be calculated using $10/player.
