2024 Arizona State Championships Presented by MVP Disc Sports - Lake Havasu City

The Lake Havasu City Disc Golf Club is beyond EXCITED to announce that we will be hosting the 2024 Arizona State Championships. I'm not sure if you know this, but this is a HUGE HONOR!!

FUN FACT: This will be the first time AZ State Championships has seen this side of the state. We are pleased to share this history in the making with you!

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION HOLE SPONSORSHIP OPENS 7/10/24 @8pm PST and runs through 7/20/24 @7:55pm PST: This $80 hole sponsorship allows you to register early starting 7/10/24 @8pm PST, before Ladies+Juniors Registration Opens on 7/18/24 @7:55pm and regular registration opens on 7/20/24 @8pm PST. As an Early Bird Hole Sponsor, your Name/Business/Organization or Provided Logo will be printed and posted at a tournament hole. ALL EARLY BIRD sponsorship players will receive a tournament stamped disc and be entered into a raffle.

PLEASE NOTE Between the dates of 7/10 8pm PST - 7/18 7:55pm PST, the Early Bird Registration Hole Sponsorship will be a REQUIRED selection when registering. Between the dates of 7/18 - 7/20 8pm PST Early Bird Registration Hole Sponsorship will be a REQUIRED selection if you are not in the Ladies+Juniors divisions. If you wish to register regular (not with the addition of Early Bird Registration Hole Sponsorship) please wait until 8pm PST on 7/18 for Ladies+Juniors registration or 8pm PST on 7/20 for Open Registration. ALL LADIES + JUNIOR DIVISIONS REGISTRATION OPENS 7/18/24 @8pm PST. This allows our Ladies and Juniors the opportunity to register prior to Open Registration for All.

THE TOURNAMENT will be Saturday, September 21st - Sunday, September 22nd
This is a PDGA Sanctioned B-Tier tournament
We will have Tee-Times (Estimated tee-times will be available as we get closer)

(POOL A) All PRO Divisions + MA1: Will be playing extended layout.

(POOL B) All AM Divisions: Will be playing regular layout, Juniors will play from Junior Tees @ SARA Park

RAFFLE TICKETS can be purchased at SARA Park on Friday, both courses on Saturday, and ONLY at SARA Park on Sunday (until 10:30am) with cash, via Venmo @Mercedes-Kaiser or PayPal: [email redacted] (Graham Russell). Tickets will be 1 for $5 or 6 for $20.
Raffle drawing will be Sunday @ roughly 11:15am at Tournament Central at SARA Park Disc Golf Course, and will either be recorded over a live video stream or recorded and posted on the LHCDGC Facebook page. Winning tickets will be taped to their item and can be found at Tournament Central at SARA Park Disc Golf Course. All items must be picked up from SARA Park on Sunday by 6:30pm. If you are leaving town early, please leave your tickets with someone who can pick up your items, ticket must be presented for verification. All unclaimed items will be forfeited back to the LHCDGC and used towards future events.

PLAYERS PARTY/PUTTING GAMES: Will be @ KOKOMO BEACH CLUB in Havasu starting around 7:30pm. This is an adult-only venue after 6pm. The London Bridge Resort offers a childcare option on-site in the hotel with an estimated $20-$25 cost per child. Additional details TBA.

SUIT UP: Don't forget to bring you swimsuit, Kokomo's has a pool you animals!! Throw some putts and have a drink or two. We will probably be wrapping things up around 9, but Kokomo's is open until 2am if ya wanna get down with your bad self. This will be an "every man for themselves" kind of deal with drinks/food. Please gather with us for a good time. WE HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL THERE.

Total Event Pass-Through Fees are $23 and include: PDGA B-Tier Per Player Fee $3, Greens Fee/Park Permit Fee, and PortaPotty Rental.

PDGA Live scoring will be the official method for scorekeeping

PAYOUTS for AM will be handled through Over the Top Disc Golf
PAYOUTS for PRO will be sent through PayPal
Please note that all payouts will be sent using the email in which you registered with. (Please let TD know if a different email should be used)
