This event will be a two round, 40 hole PDGA sanctioned C-tier singles tournament at Reinhardt University. Proceeds from this tournament will benefit the Cherokee County YMCA.
Impact of Cherokee County YMCA
1. Giving youth in Cherokee County a chance to take advantage of all our programs like day camp, youth sports and swim lessons with financial assistance.
2. Continue to be the driving force to get our community water safety educated. Water safety has been proven to save lives and is a vital life skill when learned early will pay benefits through a lifetime. The Y will continue to work with CCSD with either dry land courses or our Safety Around Water program in the pool.
3. Provide opportunities and programs that support a healthy mind, body and spirit to our growing Senior population in Cherokee County.
4. Continue to be a resource center for Cherokee County residents through our food distribution partnership, teen and youth programing and continuing to be a partner to other organizations.

Current TEE Assignments:
Pool A:MPO, FPO, MP40, MA1, MA40, MA2: Standard Layout
Pool B:MA50, MA3, MA60: Shortened Layout
(Holes: 3, 9, 12 18 (shorter basket), and hole B)
Pool C:MA4, FA1, FA2, FA3, FA40: Extra Shortened Layout
(Holes: 2, 3, 7, 9, 10, 12, 18 (shorter basket), and hole B)
Layouts may still be adjusted.
This tournament will be “Trophy Only” for AM players. Each AM player will receive a player’s pack valued at the registration fee. Players pack projected to include lunch from Chick-fil-A, a tournament stamped disc, tournament dri-fit shirt (or Trainhopper Dri-Fit for late registration), 5 raffle tickets, and more.
Additional raffle tickets available. $1 each
PRO Field may be paid via PayPal.. If PayPal email varies from registration email, please inform TD prior to the end of the tournament.
40% of the field will be payed out.
Payout will equal 85% of Net Entry Fee. With remaining 15% going to fundraiser.
Cash CTP’s will be available. 1, 4, 5, 6, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, A
Ace Fund available and is $5 Ace Fund will be split If multiple aces are carded. If no aces are carded in regulation play, ace pot will be donated to the charity.
Additional Raffle tickets will be for sale. $1 each
Tiebreakers for first place will be sudden death starting on hole 1 as needed. Playoff hole order will be 1, 2, 3, then 2&3 repeating until a winner is decided.
Trophies will be awarded for 1st place in all divisions. 2nd place trophy will be awarded If 6 or more players are in a division. 3rd place trophy will be awarded if 11 or more players are in a division. Open divisions will only have one trophy regardless of size. Trophy distribution will be based on the amount of players in each division at the time trophies are ordered.
Waitlist will be a non refundable $5
Waitlist will be used in order by pool, except when a certain division is needed for tee assignments. Division caps will be adjusted as needed.

All cancellations after 6/16 are subject to a minimum of a $5 fee. Players getting in off wait list will be limited to remaining player pack choices available, particularly on items with sizes.
Over 7 days from the tournament: Players will have 48 hours to accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
Under 7 days from the tournament: Players will have 24 hours to accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
Under 24 hours from the tournament: Players must immediately accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
