Join us at the Westy Flex Monthly on the 3rd Friday of each month. This group of relaxed, flex-start PDGA events is a great way to get in a PDGA-rated round while meeting new disc golfers.

This will be a one-round flex start event. Players will select from a set of tee times starting at 9:00 AM during registration.

The Westy Monthly uses PDGA ratings-based divisions. The divisions and ratings caps are RPA (Gold 970+), RAH (Blue <970), RAD (White <935), RAE (Red <900), RAF (Green <850), RAG (Purple <800). MJ15 and FJ15 are also available.

RPA(Gold): Gold tees
RAH(Blue): Blue tees
RAD(White): White tees
RAE(Red), RAF(Green): Red tees
RAG(Purple), MJ15, FJ15: Purple tees

Players are welcomed and encouraged to move up a division or more to play the tees they feel most comfortable on.

EVENT FEES
$35 ($45 Pros and $20 Juniors) entry per player, which gets you:
- For amateurs, a player pack worth a minimum of $10
- $3 to the PDGA
- $2 Series Fee to pay for prizes and trophies
- $3 Fee to pay for bathrooms and other course support
- A PDGA rated round
- Buckets of fun
- The rest goes to prize payouts.

REFUNDS
Players who withdraw at least 30 days before an event will receive a full refund minus a $10 fee as per PDGA guidelines. See more details below.

PLAYERS PACKS
All amateur players registered will receive a $10 Westy Bucks credit towards Westy merch and new and used discs.

PAYOUTS
The RPA (Professional) division pays 40% of the top finishers in cash. The other amateur divisions pay 45% of the top finishers. All amateur prize payouts are paid in Westy Bucks.

All unused Westy Bucks can be converted by player request into Disc Golf 978 credits between the end of the series in October and Dec 1st.

Additional details and notes will be emailed to each player before the event. Once online registration closes, tee times may be adjusted slightly to ensure all groups have 3 or 4 players.

WESTY MONTHLY POINTS SERIES
The 2025 Westy Acres Monthly Points series will include the Westy Monthly Flex C-Tiers plus Westy Open Weekend (WOW) '25 and the Tri-State Championship in August.

For the points series, players will be awarded points based on their performance in their division. The top four players in each division will be invited to a match-play tournament in the fall of 2025 to crown the 2025 Westy Acres Monthly Series champions.

All refunds will follow the PDGA Policy in 1.03 of the Competition Manual (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103). A $10 fee may be assessed to all refund requests as outlined in the PDGA Policy.

There will be no refunds issued after registration is closed.
