Cosmic Disc Golf is proud to present this fundraiser tournament for Walk MS.
A note from Matt Robinson,
“I am a Disabled Veteran. In 2004, I was awarded a Purple Heart for wounds sustained from an IED. In 2011, I was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, that is considered Service Connected Disability. Not long after my diagnosis, I began to lose the use of my left arm & left leg. For the last 8 years, I have participated in and been a Team Captain for the National MS Society's annual WalkMS event in the area.
With my disability, it was difficult to find a sport that I could play. In 2020, Matt Miloshevsky introduced me to disc golf. I quickly realized that I could comfortably play and enjoy myself even with my disability. I fell in love with the sport. I'm sure some of you have seen me out on the course or in tournaments, I'm the guy with the leg brace that throws standstill. I'd love and appreciate your support this year. “
