About this tournament

Hello!
Windsor Essex Disc Golf Club (WEDG) invite you to participate in this 2 round, 1 day PDGA sanctioned tournament, hosted at Lakewood Park disc golf course! This tournament will also serve as part of Ontario Disc Sports Association (ODSA) 2022 Ontario Club Championships (OCC) presented by Four Fathers Brewing.
This will be a Pro-Am tournament for all ages and skill levels. If you don’t see a division available that you would like to participate in, feel free to comment or reach out to me. Pros will be competing for cash (or merch payout) and trophies. Amateurs will receive a generous player’s pack (~$75 value) and will be competing for trophies only.
There will be a separate ace pool buy-in available through your registration with all proceeds going to those who hit an ace (on any hole). If no aces are hit during the rounds the funds will go to a charity in the Windsor-Essex community.
One special hole (to be determined) will be the OCC “Elevated Ace” basket – any ODSA member who hits an ace on that hole will win a Squatch Legend 2.0 Bag filled with Spike Hyzer Lager ($600 value) provided by the ODSA & Four Fathers Brewing (no extra entry fee necessary).
All players will need to check-in at the Tournament Central booth located near the practice baskets before the start of their first round, please give yourself enough time to do this as well as warm up and be at the first tee for your start time.
Bathrooms will be available near the practice area and one setup near the middle of the course. Water fill stations will also be placed along the course.
