About this tournament
1 round of play
This is a 1 round, flex start tournament with options for a PDGA sanctioned singles C Tier and unsanctioned doubles.
Flex Start Procedure
Players may tee anytime between 8:30am-3:30pm. You must have 3 players in your group to begin play. There may be no more than 5 players in a group. If you do not have a group then we will find you one at the course.
The Polar Open
This event is in conjunction with the Polar Open B Tier the following day. Players are able to check in early to get their players packs for the B Tier at the flex start on Friday. Check out the Polar Open at Bill Allen on Jan 18th at the link below:

Early Registration CTP's
We will have 2 CTP's exclusively in play for players who register before 10pm on Thursday, January 16th.
Singles Entry Breakdown
Entry is $25. $5 covers Park fees, PDGA Fees, and Tournament expenses. $20 of each entry will go into the payout purse for the event. (See below for more details)
Doubles
Doubles entry is $40 per team and will have $30 go towards payout! There will be 2 divisions, Pro and Am. Check in and scorekeeping will be done via UDisc Events.
Ace Pot
There will be an optional $5 ace pot entry. The Disc Golf Dojo rolling ace pots will be in play. The singles ace pot will play for $1000!!! Doubles will play for $500!! If no aces are hit then the collect ace pot entries will be added to the rolling ace pot and in play at our next North Texas Flex Start event, Date TBD.
*Awards and Payout
There will be no trophies for this event. Payout will be awarded in singles to the top 45% of each field based on the suggested PDGA payout scale. Doubles payout will be top heavy and awarded to the top 33% of each division.
Pros will be paid digitally via paypal the Monday following the event. Am players will earn store credit that can be redeemed at The Disc Golf Dojo proshop on site. Am payout will be available after 3:30pm and once all competitors for a division have completed play. Am payout expires 2 years from the day that it is earned which is Jan 17th, 2027 for this event.
