About this tournament
Welcome to The Oakholm Gala, the kickoff tournament for NEWDG’s Queen of the NorthEast Series! This is a women’s only PDGA sanctioned C-Tier and NEFA event, hosted by Oakholm Disc Golf.
All amateur players will receive a player’s pack. Pro players will be paid out in cash via PayPal. Amateur payouts will come in the form of funny money from Disc Golf 978. There are CTP prizes based on divisions. Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 of every division.
Lunch will be available from food trucks at Oakholm Farm and Brewing Company, with the option to pre order during check in on the morning of the tournament.
Layouts:
FPO - yellow longs both rounds
Age specific FP divisions & FA1 - yellow longs first round, red short second round.
FA2, FA3, and FA40 - red shorts both rounds
FA4, FA50+, and juniors - purple shorts both rounds. Our purple layout will be available starting April 6.

Course fees are waived for participants 12 years and younger. Course fees are waived for Oakholm Disc Golf course members with the use of the discount code “ODG24”, we will verify membership status upon registration.

Refund policy
Oakholm Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.
Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund.
