Hub City Disc Golf Club is excited again to host The Hub City Halloween Open and for the first time as an A tier event!
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this year's event will be as no contact/no group gatherings as possible. All players must agree to the COVID-19 waiver and will be expected to follow all national/sate and local government guidelines. We will follow the requirements and best practices for PDGA sanctioned play during COVID-19 as much as possible. So if you are not familiar with those please go read them.
Pool A (Pro divisions) will play 3 rounds with 1 round each day. Friday at Pipeline (18 holes). Saturday at Tyger River (18 holes). Sunday at Holston Creek (27 holes). Tee times each day. Cap of 84 players in pool A.
Pool B (Amateur divisions) will play 3 rounds. 2 rounds on Saturday. Morning round at Shoally Creek (18 holes). Afternoon round at Pipeline (18 holes). Shotgun start both rounds with a break between rounds. Sunday at Tyger River (18 holes) with tee times on Sunday. Cap of 72 players in pool B.

There will be ace pool for each pool. $5 entry. If an ace is not hit in that pool, all ace pool money will go to the Hub City Disc Golf Club for course improvements. No day off ace pool pay in so pay at registration.
No CTPs due to COVID restrictions. Instead on Sunday, Amateurs will have "win your card/win a disc" for free.
Amateur players pack will be an event dri-fit short sleeve polo, event disc golf pin, and Innova Park & Fly Seat.
Pro cash payouts via PayPal or personal check. Amateur merchandise payout will be online via Sun King Discs.
Caddies are allowed per the caddie policy seen in the event pictures.

Refund policy
Hub City Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds and Withdrawals will be handled in accordance with current PDGA guidelines.
Waitlist fee is NON-refundable.
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives no refund.
If TD vacates an offered division due to a lack of registered players for the division, any player for that division that does not wish to move to a different division that they are eligible for, will be provided a full refund.
