About this tournament
2 rounds of play
In 2021 & 2023 Dave Rose and Chris Hoopman invited us to take to the hills and valleys of the picturesque Charteris Bay Golf Club on the side of Lyttleton harbour.
Weither it was your first tournament, or just your first go at throwing up and down hills, the views from the top of Bull Gully and the friendships made on those slopes are well held memories.
With thanks to Dave and Chris, Christchurch Disc Golf club are pleased to offer you a chance to return to the slopes of Charteris Bay Golf Club, to your fitness, endurance, and your game when faced with elevation.
Typical of CDGC one dayers, lunch will be BYO, and practice will only be possible on the Sunday prior to round 1. The Golf Club Bar will be open to us on the day, but you will need to plan ahead for lunch as there isn't much close by. Please note that no BYO alcohol can be brought onto the golf club grounds.
Make no mistake, demand for this event will be high and it will be capped at 90 players total. There will be no extensions, no ghost holes, and no extra holes added to expand the rego list.
We will run a deposit only entry scheme to ensure everyone has a chance to sign up on the 1st of march. The rest can be paid by bank transfer prior to may 4th at 7pm. Those who take this option and do not complete payment by this date and time will be out to the back of the wait-list and forfeit their deposit. A $5 admin fee will apply to all refunds issued from deposit regos that are cancelled.
There will be short tees and altered par for some holes for ma3, fa40, fa50, fa2, fa3, and MJ/fj15, all others will play the main layout. BYO Sherpa.
This event will be an NZDG Tour event and PDGA C Teir. An optional $2 ace kitty will operate on the side. CDGC members will receive $5 off entry.

After that Refunds will only be entertained if a replacement player is available on waitlist untill Friday may 16th 7pm.
After 7pm Friday may 16th at 7pm no further refunds will apply nor be paid out.
