About this tournament

Two rounds of 18 at the beautiful and challenging Buffalo Trace disc golf course. We are playing a long version of hole 2, the short basket on hole 7 and the right teepads of holes 9 & 11.
The winner of each division with 5 or more players will win a Squatch bag ($260 value) including pro divisions. A women's division is eligible with 3 or more players.
AM Players Pack:
-$15 Gift Card for Bangachain.com (First 48)
The top 45% of each AM division will receive payout. All AMS who cash will have a choice between SoIn stock or a Bang-A-Chain gift card to use online or their store.
The top 40% of each Pro division will receive payout. All Pro payouts will be done via PayPal or Venmo.
Ace Pool ($5), if there aren't any aces the winner will be determined by a ace pool CTP. The winner will receive 75% and 25% will be donated to Cancer research on behalf of Shawn McGee.
50/50 CTP ($5), 50% to the winner and 50% to the event.
Free water and snacks will be included
Custom Trophies for 1st place in each division.
PDGA Live scoring will be used for this event. Instructions for accessing and using PDGA Live will be in the players email.

A second scoring method will be needed in additional to PDGA live scoring. UDisc is the preferred scoring method, but paper scorecards will be available upon request.
1st place ties: A sudden death playoff will occur using holes 1-18 loop until a winner has been determined.
Why's it a XB tier? Unfortunately the baskets aren't fully approved to use without a waiver which makes it a XB event. The event will rate and payout as a normal B tier.

Refund policy
Tommy Bronson Jr. is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. No refunds on the early registration amount ($20) or on any sponsorship. A $20 shirt fee will be applied to any refunds after May 15th, 2022 and the player will still receive their shirt. No refunds day of the tournament. There is a $5 cost to be added to the waitlist which will be applied to your entry if you make it into the tournament. If you do not make it into the tournament, the $5 will be donated to Cancer research in Shawn McGees name.
