SPECIAL RELIEF FOR CLEVELAND LAKE:
Water in the creek at holes 4, 5, 6, and 7 is surrounded by muddy areas. Please be advised that the mud in that area will be casual AS WELL, meaning you can take relief straight back from the basket to nearest spot with safe footing that is not too muddy. This safe area can be at the discretion of your card.
SPECIAL RELIEF FOR RECREATION PARK:
Due to some park rules, we are unable to properly paint around the pond that the front 9 plays around. To this end, if you land OB or in the rocks, please note that the standard meter of OB relief is extended to 2 meters, to avoid anyone having to take a shot while standing in the rocks.

Cleveland Lake Pool A:
1. Par 4 Long pad to Gold Basket - OB on/over path/sidewalk left, in fenced area to right or on roof of building. Water long is CASUAL
2. Par 3 Only pad to straight/left basket - No OB, water long is CASUAL
3. Par 3 Only pad to right basket - No OB, temporary road plays as a normal fairway. Please exercise caution traversing.
4. Par 3 Long pad to long basket - No OB, temporary road still plays as normal fairway.
5. Par 4 Only pad to long/right basket - No OB, creek plays as casual.
6. Par 3 Long pad to straight/left basket - No OB, creek still casual.
7. Par 3 Long pad to short basket - OB right over fence to private property. Creek casual
8. Par 3 Only pad to short/left basket - No OB
9. Par 4 Long pad to gold basket - No OB
10. Par 4 Only pad to gold basket - OB on/over pathway to the right/long.
11. Par 4 Long pad to gold basket - OB on/over pathway BEFORE water crossing. After crossing water, OB is on/over sidewalks/pavement or over painted OB line by water.

Hey everyone, South 71 Sling registration opens tomorrow for its sophomore year. It was going to bump to a B-tier this year but with the PDGA rule changes and the large number of first tournament players last year, we'll be staying at C. Rest assured that we'll still provide an event that matches B-tier events in KC.

2022 changes:
-Communication will be improved- the main format will be email and Disc Golf Scene. Social media will be secondary.
-Longer times between rounds, more water available at the courses.
-No donation this year, Cleveland Lake is still trying to catch up to the money raised for it in the last 12 months.
-Divisions will be split into pools- Pro/Adv will play the new Cleveland Lake Gold, Int/Rec will play a softer layout than 2021. Both will play the same layout in Raymore.
-Less rain ????????????

Good stuff that isn't changing:
-Painted circle 1, painted+flagged OB.
-Reserved women's spots for the first month of registration! We had one of the best ratios of female players in the Midwest last year and we hope to continue that trend.
-Both courses will return this year- Rec Park in Raymore may see changes in the future and we want to play it while we can.
-Quality payouts again! We know everyone that received a payout in any division walked away happy.
