About this tournament
2 rounds of play
This is a one-day, 2-round C-tier tournament with a shotgun start. Arrival time will be at 8am with the first round starting at 8am. Second round will start 1 hour after the first round is complete.
It is also the first half of a 2-day series. Part 2 will be held at Jenkins Mountain DGC on Sunday, December 10th. Each tournament is separate, however, there will be points awarded at each tournament and awards for overall winners in each division.
Divisions with greater than 10 players registered will have trophies awarded to 3rd place. Divisions may be added or removed at the sole discretion of the TD. Those players effected by the division change will have the choice of being placed in the next appropriate division, or removed from the tournament, with a full refund.
This tournament is a true amateur event in accordance with the Competition Manual 2.05. Trophies will be awarded for divisions as follows:
12 or more players in a division: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
5-11 players in a division: 1st and 2nd place
1-4 players in a division: 1st place only
Divisions may be added or removed at the discretion of the tournament director. Should a division be removed, players effected will be given the option to move to the next appropriate division, in accordance to PDGA guidelines, or receive a full refund.

Refund policy
Culpeper Disc Golf, LLC is responsible for all refunds and will follow Competition Manual 1.03 when determining a player's eligibility for a full or partial refund, including assessing a $10 handling fee.
