About this tournament
2 rounds of play
Player's pack will include a custom stamped hoodie and an $18 voucher to Goodline Disc Golf.
After 1-14-2024 it will be a $30 voucher to Goodline Disc Golf.
This was the first ever PDGA Sanctioned event at HV Griffin. It's hosted by the Shelbyville Disc Golf Club.
This will be 2 round of 18 holes with 2 pools.. Finally got approval for a temp course so there will be two pools of play. Pay outs for Ams will be Trophy only. Cash payouts for Open. Please note that in order for a trophy to be given out there must be a minimum of 3 players in the division.
A Pool: MPO, FPO, MP40, MP50,FP40, MA1, MA40, MA50, MA60
B Pool: MA2, MA3, FP50,FA40, FA50, FA1, FA2, FA3
A Pool begins on main course
B Pool begins on temp course
CHECK-IN:
Day of check in will be available from 7am - 8:45am at HV Griffin Park.
All competitors should be at their respective starting holes no later than 5 minutes before the start of each round.
PLAYER POOLS MAY BE ADJUSTED TO ACCOMMODATE THE FIELD SIZE SO PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK BEFORE THE FIRST ROUND!
There is an Optional $5 ace pot.
This event will use Live Scoring.

Official withdrawals must be submitted through Disc Golf Scene.
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
Player packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check in.
Competitors cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
Player packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.

Shelbyville Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Waitlist competitors who do not get into the event will receive a 100% refund, minus discgolfscene fees.
Withdrawal before 01/13/2024 will receive a full refund minus discgolfscene fees.
Withdrawal after 01/13/2024 will receive 50% refund. Any withdrawals after 01/20/2024 will receive 50% refund only if position is filled by a competitor from the waitlist
Any competitor who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund and NO competitor pack
