About this tournament
1 round of play
No Shave Throwvember will be our last Sanctioned C-Tier of the 2020 season. Online registration closes Friday, October the 13th at 10:00PM. There will be no day-of registration. The 1st 40 paid registrants will receive a disc from Dynamic Discs.
We will play one round of 24 at East Frankfort Park Disc Golf Course. Participants must select an available tee time during online registration (divisions can be mixed). Players will be able to change their tee times on DiscGolfScene at anytime before registration ends.
On Saturday, arrival and tee times must be strictly adhered to. Groups of 3 to 5 will tee off every 20 minutes. In order to avoid congregating, we are asking that players approach the registration table no earlier than 15 minutes before their tee time. Please practice Social Distancing during this and all FDGA events.
*We request that players do not warm up on the course during regulation play so that you do not distract other players. Please warm up at Capital City DGC which is 5 minutes away.
Payout: After your round, follow the PDGA leaderboard for your division. Once the final player in your division has completed their scorecard we will calculate winnings and post the results. Awards can be redeemed with Sam Wheeling at Bang-A-Chain after the event or you can contact him at a later date to redeem your prize. Pros will be paid by your choice of PayPal, Venmo or Google Pay.
Ties: Any 1st place ties will require a tie breaker. In lieu of players having a throw off, we will use that Division’s leaderboard/scorecard and work backwards from hole 18 to determine final placement in the manner of a skins match. For all ties, the award amounts will be totaled for those placements and evenly split among players.
KENTUCKY’S COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS limit the capacity of our players and staff at any one time. Please do not congregate in parking areas, picnic tables or practice baskets before or after your round. Spectators and caddies will require pre-approval and must sign a waiver. Unapproved spectators are prohibited and may be asked to leave.
