PRIZING AND PAYOUT INFORMATION
-Pro payouts are top 40% of each division in the form of PayPal deposit
-Amateur divisions will receive their choice between a lightweight Latitude 64 Opto Fuse, Opto Ballista Pro, and Opto Diamond (MSRP $18.90) as well as a prize payout to the top 45% of each division in the form of merchandise vouchers, for an estimated amateur payout of $33.90 per player.
-CTP and Aces will be paid by the end of the day. If no aces are hit, half the pot rolls over to the next tournament and half rolls over into a donation to the GCDGA (pays when the ace is hit on behalf of the player).
IMPORTANT NOTES AND NEW RULES FOR 2025
The layout for this tournament is undecided because there is active course work to put new pin locations in. All signs point to this being two rounds of 24 holes. Any change to that plan will be made solely based on course conditions; rain likely means no holes 14-17. There may or may not be updated tee signs; I’ll work to get accurate tee signs for the event.
-Beginning in 2025, players are now permitted to take picture and/or video and submit it to the tournament director or other tournament official for review with issues pertaining to course markings ONLY. Photo and/or video evidence continues to be acceptable for submission for review with issues pertaining to player misconduct (cheating, substance use, unsportsmanlike conduct, etc.).
-The Tournament Director must continue to enforce the PDGA's substance use policy including use of alcohol
-Reminder that all players must keep score for all players on their card. If at any time you become unable to keep an electronic scorecard, contact the Tournament Director for a paper scorecard. Failure to turn in a completed and correct electronic or paper scorecard within 30 minutes of the completion of your round results in a two stroke penalty for the round.
-Please be respectful of the local neighbors and wildlife by not littering
-Pass Through Fees as specified by the PDGA are as follows: $3 PDGA Fee; $3 Tournament Director Fee; $148 greens fee to be split evenly amongst all players. All other funds are used for Professional and Amateur payouts.
-See the Refunds Policy for detailed information regarding refunds
Note: MJ/FJ10 and younger will only play the first round, teeing off at 9 AM.
