About this tournament

A-tier Event for Amateurs
Day 1 is at Rolling Hills with 2 rounds of 18 holes / Day 2 is at Ponds of Lake Shore with 1 round of 18 holes and then a final 9 for the top 40% of each division. / AM1 Men will play long tees all weekend. AM2 will Play RD 1 Long Tees at Rolling Hills, RD 2 Short Tees at Rolling Hills & RD 3 Short Tees at Ponds of Lakeshore / All other AM divisions will play short tees / Final 9 will be holes 10 thru 18 Long Tees for AM1 & AM2 & all other AM divisions holes 1 thru 9 short tees. //
Huge 9 item player pack (1 shirt, 2 discs, 1 hat, 1 birdie bag, 1 towel, 1 full color mini, 1 sticker, 1 pencil) valued at $70+ plus nice payouts to the top 1/3 of each division with added prizes of over $30+ per player so with 90 players over $3000 in added prizes. Due to the huge $70+ player pack there is only pre-paid registration/ NO cashless registration
Due to the large size and value of the player pack all refunds will be handled via PDGA guidelines which are:
"Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at 14 or less days from the start of the event and prior to the events published closure of registration and wait list replacements will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the wait list or a walk up entry (if offered.) If the player's spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player's pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping.)"
After 5/5/17 11 pm (which is the closure of all registration) refunds will be handled per PDGA rules that read as follows: "Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and wait list replacements or don't show to play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or players pack." (This does NOT apply to a wait list player who will be refunded their net entry fee received by the TD.) / The 2nd part of the PDGA recommended handling of refunds will be handled a bit more liberal by this TD for as long as you notify me by Friday night (5/5/17 by 11 pm) that you cannot make it I will send you a player pack. / Thanks
