This is a non-sanctioned event. The MPO and FPO division winners will earn a free entry into the MVP Glitch World Championships at Maple Hill Disc Golf Course in Leicester, Massachusetts.

Players will be afforded the chance to choose their player's pack discs in the order of registration.

This event serves as a fundraiser for the Allegany County Disc Golf Club, which oversees daily maintenance and upkeep of Hoffman Park DGC — the first and only public disc golf course in Allegany County, Maryland.

Schedule
- 1 p.m. Player check-in begins near tee 1 at Hoffman Park
- 2 p.m. Round 1 shotgun start at Hoffman Park DGC in Frostburg, Md.
- 5 p.m. - Round 2 shotgun start at Locust Post Brewery in Little Orleans, Md.

Registration
- Pre-registration is required (no event-day signups)
- $42 per player
- $37 per ACDGC member
- Players who register as a club member, but are not one, should be ready to pay the difference on event day (cash only).
- On event day, only MPO or FPO divisions will be available. This means players will choose which division when checking in with the uDisc app on event day.
- As this event is not PDGA-sanctioned, amateur players will retain their amateur status with the PDGA.
- Registration and completion of at least one round earns each competitor lifetime membership into the Allegany County Disc Golf Club (and enjoy future discounts).+
- This event reserves the right to reject any entry, for any reason.

Ace Pot
- Optional ace pot. Players can opt into the ace pot by paying an additional $5 cash on event day, before the start of their round.
- Payout is 100 percent. If two or more people throw an ace, those players will receive equal shares. If Player A throws two aces and Player B throws one ace, Player A will receive two equal shares and Player B gets one share.

Location
- Hoffman Park DGC is a nine-hole "pitch and putt" course with the longest hole at 223 feet, the shortest at 125 feet, and the average at 161.6 feet. Be sure to check info on Disc Golf Course Review.
- Locust Post Brewery DGC is a nine-hole course in eastern Allegany County, situated on private property. Five of the nine holes on each loop are open, and the other four holes are wooded.

Practice rounds
- Hoffman Park DGC is a public course and is generally open every day, from dawn to dusk.
- Locust Post Brewery DGC is on private property. Players may not enter the property outside of business hours without permission. Business hours are CLOSED Mon-Wed; 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. Thursday; 12 noon to 9 p.m. Friday through Sunday.

Rules
- For the MVP Glitch World Championship Qualifier, players will be allowed to use only three molds: MVP Glitch, Axiom Pitch, and/or Streamline Parachute.
- Must have at least three players per card.
- Players will be allowed to use their player's pack discs (Glitch and Pitch), their personal/previously owned Glitch/Pitch/Parachute, or both.
- PDGA rules apply.
- Though a non-sanctioned tournament, all participants are expected to abide by the spirit of all PDGA rules in helping to provide a welcoming, nurturing, and educational competitive environment.
- Experienced players are to be supportive of newer players while maintaining the integrity of the competitive format.

Format
- Two rounsd of 18 holes: one at Hoffman Park, then one at Locust Post Brewery

In the event of a tie
- No ties for first place after 36 holes will be permitted.
- Hole 9 at LPB will be used as the tiebreaker in "sudden death" format
- First to "win the hole" earns the first-place finish

Scoring
- Use the uDisc app (free version is fine)
- Every player must create a free uDisc account
- One person on each card must keep score using uDisc.
- Each player must ensure his/her visible name is true and correct first and last name.
- One player on each card will create the scorecard.
- Scores must be recorded while play is in progress (each score must be inputted prior to the start of the next hole).

Player's Pack

- Players will be afforded the chance to choose their player's pack discs in the order of registration.

Awards
- No cash prizes/awards - merch bucks and/or discs.
- MPO/FPO division winners (three deep per division)
- Top ACDGC members will be recognized with a disc and/or merch bucks
- Multiple CTPs will be in place (at no extra cost).

Refund policy

Allegany County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. No refunds will be issued on or after April 20, 2025, as the event's order to MVP will be placed. The ACDGC will allow transfers (facilitated by original player) at no additional cost.
