If someone has requested a player pack and has not signed in before 9:45 (when we're holding the player's meeting), the player pack that was held for them will be made available on a first come, first serve basis. We'll put you on a waiting list when you show up to the registration tent, which opens at 9:00 am.

I 'm sorry for my negligence. I have been receiving emails about the event and have forgotten to check the “Talk” section of the event!

I'll do my best to answer all of your questions now.

Chad: We will not be splitting player packs. It's my philosophy that if you have paid for a full player pack, you should get your entire player pack immediately, without someone else dinging up your disc.

I have ordered 60 player packs. I have 50 people registered currently. If you have paid but can't make it to the event, I will contact you to find out the best way to get you your pack. However, not all of the participants have paid. These players will have their spot “reserved” until 9:45 (the players meeting). At this point, the non-paying, non-showing players will forfeit their pack to the general pool of packless participants. All available packs will be sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Michael, Jesse, Amber, B, and Brian: Yes, there is a cashless registration. You all have spots reserved until the 9:45 players meeting.

How are you going to run this? Are you ordering a set amount of packages and just winging it? I would like to play but I am concerned on how it will work. I went to an ace race once where they didnt have enough packages so they split them so everyone could play. It was a good concept but I was from out of town and I never got the rest of my package. I will not play another one like that again.
