Dev’s coffee bar will be on site serving drinks! All Am’s receive a drink voucher as part of the entry fee.

Am’s - Entry fee - $5 series fee, $3 PDGA fee, player pack ($45 value), 100% value minimum value with $10 of entry fee going towards payouts. Player pack is currently a custom event t shirt, towel, mini, and drink voucher.

Pro’s - Entry fee - $5 series fee, $2 PDGA fee, $3 TD fee, 85% + value. Added cash: $0.00 (I intend to add some cash and will update it here).

Payouts (still being worked out) will be issued to the top 45% of the field(40% for Pros), which is the minimum required by PDGA.

Ace Pot: Division based ace pot. If you hit an ace, your payout will be the ace pot of only those who played in your division. Payouts will be 72 hours after the event. If no ace in your division was hit, the ace pot will be donated (probably to #TeamSeas).

Vancouver Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Refunds made 31+ days will receive a full refund minus custom player packs (if applicable). Refunds made 5-30 days before event receive their base entry fee less $10 and the value of the player pack. No refunds will be accepted 4 or less days before the event.
