About this tournament

This event was previously GCDGA Presents a Day @ Devou. That event is unfortunately cancelled due to the continued situation with the baskets at Devou.

We have changed to a fundraiser for Williamsburg DGC and used the previous event to save refunding and new registration for those already signed up. If you are signed up and no longer wish to participate, we will refund at your request.

The Williamsburg fundraiser will be a single round of 27 holes.

Registration is $25 with the following breakdown:
$18 Payouts (Chains on Main will be handling Am payout)
$5 to Fundraiser
$2 Ace Fund

GCDGA will add an additional $5 to the fundraiser donation for each player registered

Some details TBD. We are considering possible Mulligans of 3 for $5 with 6 mulligan max and possible CTP's. There may also be other prizes. Final details on these things coming soon.

All aces will split the winnings. If no aces are hit, the Ace fund will go back to the fundraiser for course improvements.

GCDGA members have a week to sign up early at 8pm on 7/1

Refund policy

GCDGA is responsible for all refunds.

Refund Policy is as follows.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 7 days before the start of the event will receive 100% refund minus fees.

If the request is within 2 to 7 days before the start of the event, the player will receive 100% refund minus fees, ONLY IF their spot in the tournament is filled by another player. If the spot is NOT filled, PROs will receive 50% refund minus fees. Amateurs will also receive 50% minus fees. If a Player Pack was part of the event, Amateurs will ONLY receive the Player Pack.

If the request is made within 48hrs of the start of the event, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. Exceptions may be made for extreme situations.
