About this tournament
This is a one round, 18 hole PDGA C Tier shoot out at Washoe PLUS a fund raiser to support course improvements! (1/2 the greens fees get returned to go towards course maintenance and improvements).
SPACE IS LIMITED so sign up quick to get your spot!
Women's and Juniors divisions will have an adjusted par IF THERE ARE AT LEAST 3 PLAYERS TOTAL (between all juniors and Women combined) on one or 2 holes that will separate their ratings. If there are less than 3, but still a woman or junior playing, they will be playing regular pars with the rest of the field.
NO Same DAY SIGN UPS OR SIGN UPS AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSES 7:00pm ThursDAY NIGHT.
CARTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE
This IS a big hike. We encourage people to bring stools and or disc golf carts (Zucca, etc.). Be sure you have water, sunscreen, snacks and stamina kids! (Water and snakcs ARE available in the club house and the restaurant).
CARD REQUESTS - MUST READ TO MAKE REQUEST - YOUR CARD MATES MUST CONFIRM YOUR REQUEST
Cards with mixed divisions ARE allowed. If you have a grouping request YOU MUST have verified your group BEFORE registering - UP TO 4 PLAYERS PER GROUP and your request must be included in the notes of your registration. If we receive conflicting requests (like 6 people playing to be in your group) all the requests for that group will be thrown out. Otherwise groups will be randomly assigned Saturday night. PLEASE NOTE: requests are not guaranteed, but we will do our best.
THIS IS A LOW COST 1 ROUND PDGA C TIER EVENT & -NEW- FUND RAISER to support course improvements!
As such, there will be NO TROPHIES and NO PLAYERS PACKS.
This event does not close the course to outside play.
FEES
$3 - $5 per player goes to PDGA Fees ($3 per player, then we all split the $50 event registration fee - so if more players sign up, less per player comes out of the fees).
$10 goes to greens fees, HALF of which gets RETURNED to the RDGA to go towards course maintenance and improvements. THE REST OF THE FUNDS GO straight TO PAYOUTS.
PAYOUTS
Pros will be paid via PayPal within 48 hours to the email address used to sign up.
Ams will be paid out in Disc Giant Script.
MIMIMUM PRO DIVISIONS
A Pro Division MUST HAVE a minimum of 3 participants to qualify as a division and receive payouts. If you sIgn up for a division that does not have 3 players by the time registration closes, we will move you to the next closest division (example, if Piere is the only sign up for MP50 and there are 3 people in MP40, Piere will be moved to MP40. EXCEPTION MADE FOR WOMENS DIVISIONS.
