Refund policy
Emerald Coast Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Any Player who officially requests to withdraw from the event before 2/18/23 will receive a 100% cash refund (minus any DG Scene fees.)
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between 2/19/23 and 3/2/23 will receive a 100% cash refund (minus any DG Scene fees) ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the player will receive just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (any shipping fees incurred must be prepaid by the player before shipping.)
No refunds will be given after 3/2/23 other than to Waitlisted Players. All Waitlisted Players will be refunded on 3/2/23.
Players WHO DO NOT OFFICIALLY REQUEST TO WITHDRAW from a registered spot playing in the event prior to 3/4/23 and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
