About this tournament
2 rounds of play
We will be holding a 50/50 raffle day of event, cash or Venmo only. We will also pull a second and third ticket for disc prizes. All money raised will be added to our B tier tournaments to boost the payouts even more!
Pro $45
AM $35-was trying to get a player pack disc but this tournament snuck up on me so the entry fee dropped from 45 to 35. Refunds were given to the Ams that registered early to reflect the 35 entry.
I wanna try something different so let’s see how it goes! Since I’m in the middle of Cincinnati and Dayton I wanted to pick a course that’s neutral and have each area compete against the other.
This is a two round C tier event where both areas will battle it out to see which area is the best for the next year.
We will determine the area winner based on a points system. Here’s how it will go:
5 points for winning a division
3 points for finishing 2nd in a division
1 point for finishing 3rd in a division
The area with the most points at the end of the tournament will be entered into drawings for prizes. Everyone from the area will be eligible to win regardless if you won or came last in a division. You do not have to stick around after the tournament if you don’t cash to see which area won. We will take care of that Monday and will reach out to the winners to get them their prizes.
Prizes will be announced soon so stay tuned.
A division must have three people unless approved by TD and divisions of three or more will have trophies for the winners.
Where your money goes:
$3 PDGA fee
$3 Insurance, trophies and shelter rental
$39 towards payout
We don’t take out TD fees or anything else except for the minimum to cover costs to host tournaments so you can be confident we are putting the most into your payouts.
There is an optional $5 ace fund. If no aces are hit, we will throw off for 1/2 of the ace fund. The other half will be donated back to the club and that money will go towards our two B tier tournaments May 3-4 and October 12. Ace fund winners will be paid out via PayPal going forward.
