About this tournament

Beaver Ranch Flex: July 2023!
This will be the first event in a series of C-tier tournaments, held in a flex format, here at beautiful Beaver Ranch Disc Golf Course!
One round of 21 holes and we will be playing the BLUE basket layout for this event. For this event all players will be playing the AM pads for both Hole 1 and Hole 15. (All of the other holes have only one teepad.)
Tee times with card mates from any division. Just remember to check in at the pro shop at least 15 minutes before your teetime!
All amateur competitors will receive a Beaver Ranch Flex stamped MVP Glitch as a player's pack! Any extra players packs will be available for purchase at the Beaver Ranch Pro Shop during the event.
Early registration will be prioritized for current Annual Pass holders beginning Sunday, June 25th. Registration will go live to the public Saturday July 1st.
Annual Pass holders will receive the early registration link in your emails on Sunday June 25th at 7am MDT.
Additional details will be announced Sunday the 25th when registration goes live.

The course is super green these days thanks to the heavy rainfall we have had this season, but the grounds crew here has been mowing and weed whacking every week to keep the course in fantastic condition!
Fee Schedule: AMs - $25 players pack (Dual Foil Glitch) + $10 to divisional payouts + $13 Tournament Course Fee + $2 PDGA Fee = $50
Fee Schedule: PROs - $35 to divisional payouts + $13 Tournament Course Fee + $2 PDGA Fee = $50

Refund policy
Beaver Ranch Disc Golf Course is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We follow the PDGA refund policy. Drops over 14 days from the event are subject to a $10 fee. Drops within 14 days of the event will be subject to a $10 fee, the remainder of your refund is subject to your spot being filled in this event. Waitlist fee is non refundable.
