About this tournament

FlightPlan Disc Golf is proud to present the Bash at the Barn, taking place September 23rd, 2023 at Clauder's Bogey Barn. Come enjoy two rounds at this beautiful private course!

All-Pro Payouts will be done via Paypal or check.

All Amateurs will receive a voucher redeemable at FlightPlan's Mobile Fulfillment Center. This allows players to choose a product from the on-hand inventory!

All Pro Divisions: $50
Am 1 & Age Protected Am: $40
Am 2 & Am 3: $35

Sanctioning fee, Greens Fee and KDGC fee will be deducted from payout.

Circle C Café will be onsite vending for lunch - Get a Sandwich, Chips, Fruit and a Cookie for only $10.00!

FlightPlan will also have a Tech Disc onsite for you to test your skills. In addition to providing feedback on your throwing form, we will be giving away two (2) Westside Sling bags - one for the fastest speed of the day, and one for the highest RPM spin.

There will be a bathroom available onsite!

All registered players will be able to practice the course the week preceding the event with no greens fees. Contact Darrin Clauder at [email redacted] to schedule a time.

Refund policy

Flightplan Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Any cancellations prior to September 9th will receive a 100% refund (minus up to a $5.00 Handling Fee, the dgscene fee, and any sponsorship items, if applicable)

Players who request to withdraw from the event from September 9th to September 20th will receive a 50% refund (minus a $5.00 handling fee, DGScene Fee, and any additional purchased item(s), if applicable).

No cancellations will be accepted after September 20th. Any cancellations and/or No Call No Shows after September 20th forfeit 100% of their entry fee.

All refund requests must be through DGScene or through the email confirmation you receive upon registration.
