    9:28 - 2 minute warning
    9:30 - Tee off

    12:30pm - 1:30pm

    1 hour break for lunch from when the last scorecard has been recorded

    1:30pm - 4:30pm

    APPROXIMATELY
    2 minute warning will be followed by the tee off and the second round of tournament competition

    4:30pm - 5:00pm

    Professional payouts will be sent on 7/13/2025
    Amateur merchandise payouts and redemption will be on location

Refund policy

Vicious Circle Disc Golf is responsible for issuing refunds.

There will be a $10.00 processing fee for any refund starting on 7/1/2025.

Registration closes at 6:00 p.m. on 7/11/2025 and there will be no refunds after that time.

We will be using the PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds policy for this tournament.
