Welcome to the 2025 Pot of Gold. The NODGC is proud to host only the 2nd A Tier in the history of Louisiana. We hope to continue growing this event and push for more growth in Louisiana Disc Golf.

Thanks to more people than we can name, the Pot of Gold is an A Tier for 2025. What does this mean for you? Pros can expect at least $3,000 in added cash and Ams can expect at least 110% of their net entry fees in the players packs and payouts.

Amateur division players packs will have a t shirt, 3 custom stamped discs with 3 different stamps, a towel, a couple of custom Mardi Gras cups, a Hooters keychain/bottle opener and a Hooters koozie. All ams will get a baseline putter or mid range and 2 premium plastic discs.

Pro division players packs are a tournament t-shirt, a couple of tournament Mardi Gras cups, a Hooters keychain/bottle opener and a Hooters koozie.

Thanks to our title sponsor, Hooters, we will have chicken wings and Caesar salad at both courses on Saturday for all players to enjoy! Yes, Hooters girls will make appearances too.

This will be a three day, three round tournament featuring the best courses in New Orleans. Each day will feature tee times and one round of competition. We have tried to make the Pot of Gold grow each year for the last few and this year is no different. We are adding in multiple tournament stamps on discs this year. So far, we have 3 stamps. Pot of Gold discs are great stamps, and we hope to continue the great tradition.


Anyone who wants to be a part of the tournament as a 3 day volunteer will receive a player's pack. We are looking to help support local businesses who want to vend. We have received a tremendous amount of support from vendors in the past and we want to continue supporting them. Anyone interested in vending should schedule their location.

Vending areas will be allotted as first come, first serve with reserved locations for those who have supported our events in the past. Anyone looking to sponsor the event should contact ATD Nathan Farber via cell at 504-450-0981.

Ties: Any division that is tied after the three rounds of competition will result in a sudden death playoff
Players will flip a coin to see who tees first then will alternate tees until a winner is decided. Please report to the TD desk if there is a tie and will will assist you in getting to the hole you will need to start the playoff on.
